Rehab in progress on home in Renton. We are couple days away from being ready for tile. Tile scope: Master shower 48 sq ft. Full Shower 88 sq ft. Full bath 78 sq ft Fireplace 1, 80 sq ft Fireplace 2, 60 sq ft - Carpenters needed for cabinet install, trim install, engineered floor install. - Countertops needed for fabrication, dimension cuts for range/sink/etc..., and install. - Framing in ceilings to be ready for ceiling drywall. Drywall ceiling install (living room, bedroom, part of bathroom).
