Need organiser and cleaner

Looking for a woman to clean and organize my house and help in buying/selling various things. I am retired military and professional. Because of covid I haven't been able to turn around antiques and collectables at auction or EBay. I am now able to sell, but my home needs organized and cleaned. I need a person with pleasant smile and attitude. I need someone willing to assist with standard house cleaning and assist with buy, sell and shipping of items. Near 1,000 possitve feedback on eBay. Pay is negotiable according to skill,knowledge and service. I may train someone with right attitude. Preferably you are knowledgeable in antiques and American primitives. No heavy lifting involved but may be times packing and unpacking boxes. Must be reliable, sober and I will need some background information. Age no issue but old enough to be familiar with antiques and collectables. This is a work from my home. Hours negotiable and part time or more. May require assisting in travel to estates and picking up items. Please feel free to ask anything.
