You will support the real estate investment process with property due diligence. It entails driving to specified properties, taking exterior-only photos, and note-taking. You will have flexibility, however there are deadlines. To be considered, you must have a laptop with Microsoft Excel and have at least a working knowledge of the program. This laptop will need to be brought with you in the vehicle. Tablets/iPads are not a viable alternative. The workload will vary week to week; some weeks may require up to 20 hours. This is ideal for a retired or semi-retired individual looking for supplemental income. The driving will mostly focus on North and Central Jersey. The compensation varies with the assignment, however it averages ~$23/hour paid cash (equivalent to a taxed wage of ~$30/hour).
