Full tear-off roof 21 Sq, double layer. No cider - just tongue and groove. One dormer so 2 valleys. Want everything done right, especially around those valleys. Two story house with full high attic. Need plywood on top of the old tongue and groove, good architectural shingles, ridge vent. South Buffalo. Please reply if you are ready to do this professionally, and you have team to do it with.
