Part Time Maintenance

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience, Duties and tasks include but are not limited to cleaning BBQs, pool, common areas of complex, mopping walkways, wiping down railings, windowsills etc. Some knowledge of pool maintenance is a plus, we will provide training, janitorial responsibilities would be required also. Must be a self-starter, dependable, have own car and keep a professional appearance. Part-time position. 20/hour work week. 2 nights per week include afternoon/evening closing Must be available to clean pool on weekend early morning. We are doing immediate interviews. Physical Requirements * Extended time walking, bending, and reaching * Ability to lift and carry or move 50 pounds for a distance of 100 feet * State of Hawaiʻi resident with a valid Hawaiʻi State Driver’s License * Must pass a pre-employment drug test and state-mandated background check * Must have reliable transportation * At least 21 years of age * Overtime work may be required to accommodate demand * Must be dependable and punctual * Must be flexible to assist in covering vacations and illinesses
