I just bought an electric scooter from Splach and it won't move... LCD screen (Model: QS-S4) shows E008 blinking the whole time and apparently it's an error sign.. I have no knowledge in wiring and tech in general so I'm looking for someone to help me fix this scooter. I'm looking to have you over at my spot ASAP. ( W39th Street bet. 8/9th Ave) I have nothing over here but scooter so please bring all your tools.
