ENTRY LEVEL JOB Description: 3-5 must haves: 1.reliable - good attendance 2. Want to learn 3. Ability to read work instructions GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Compliance to all policies, work instructions, quality regulations, SOP’s, WI, cGMP’s and GDP’s in the effort to manufacture high quality medical devices at all times 2. Utilizing a variety of machinery and tools to complete assigned manufacturing activity 3. Utilization of microscopes and magnifiers to complete work instructions. 4. Completion of daily documentation following cGMP and FDA guidelines. 5. Meeting or exceeding daily production standards. 6. Perform in-process quality inspections to standards 7. Maintain safety awareness at all times. 8. Maintain regular attendance. 9. Follow clean room protocols for hygiene, gowning, & PPE 10. Work collaboratively in a Team environment. 11. Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiative 12. Train others as required. BALLOONING: 1. Demonstrate ability to follow and adhere to written work instructions 2. Demonstrate the ability to assemble small parts 3. Achieve standard production rates per operation 4. Reduce rework/scrap through first-pass completion 5. Achieve competency in use of equipment, tools, adhesive, and epoxy. 6. Perform in-process inspection to quality standards 7. Perform leak testing 8. Cross-train in other departments to create flexibility 9. Perform any other duties of a similar or related nature as required and as assigned in Ballooning. Skills: GMP, work instructions, assembly, clean room, hand tools, operator, Machine Operation, Production Assembly Top Skills Details: GMP, work instructions, assembly, clean room, hand tools, operator Additional Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to read and write English and to perform simple to complex mathematics.
