In the capacity of Product Specialist, your primary goals will be to build products to a high level of quality, within the allocated time. Responsibilities: Assemble products and sub-assemblies to, accurately fulfill work orders. Conform to standard building operations to ensure high-quality products and sub-assemblies. Clearly and accurately package products with the customer in mind. Maintain a consistent production build time average across all product collections. Actively encourage safe behavior, 5S housekeeping activities and engage in collaborative projects. Use the job instruction training method where applicable. Demonstrate initiative in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency of workplace and machinery. About Us: At RBW we believe in the power of light to create atmosphere.
