Food delivery driver needed

We are a startup creating a food delivery website. For our product beta, we'd like to hire a delivery driver to pick up food orders from our kitchen and deliver them to customers in New York City. We can pay $150 per day for about 8 hours of work. If interested, please tell us about yourself and answer the following questions: What days of the week are you available to drive? Do you have a clean driving record? Do you have car insurance? Have you ever been in a car accident? Do you have a vehicle you can use to make deliveries? What driving and delivery experience do you have? How comfortable are you driving within a 50-mile radius of New York City? This position will require you to work in all weather conditions such as rain, cold, snow, wind, etc. Will you be able to meet this requirement? What would you do if you got lost while driving for us? What would you do if you got into an accident while driving for us? How do you stay focused while driving for long periods? How comfortable are you with driving in unfamiliar areas? How would you describe your sense of direction?
