Description
Candidate must be able to communicate in English.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Daily Maintenance of Interior & Exterior of Buildings
Troubleshooting & Repairs to Plumbing, Electrical Issues
Installation of Cabinets, Flooring, Doors etc.
Apartment Turnovers & Routine Maintenance
Emergency After-Hours Maintenance Calls as Required
Other Duties as Assigned

Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general building maintenance is required.
Cell Phone Required.
This position requires you to be on the on-call rotation for emergencies after hours, evenings and weekends.
Must have own tools, dependable vehicle and a valid active drivers license.
40 hours per week
2 weeks vacation
5 PTO days
