Due to our continued growth as a company, we are seeking a driven, dedicated, and team-oriented individual to join the Team at Cole as a Landscape Maintenance Foreman. Qualifications: o Minimum 2 years of experience operating in a supervisory position in landscape industry management. o Ability to lead a crew of 1-4 members; desire and ability to grow into a bigger role is a plus. General Requirements: o Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; a hoisting license or CDL is a plus. o Team player who is very organized, pays high attention to detail in all area of work, and willingness to learn and teach other members of the team. o Provides great customer service and has strong communication skills, bilingual is a plus. o The ability to adapt to company advances and growth. o Ability to work in various weather conditions. o Good physical condition with the ability to lift 40 lbs. o The ability to always maintain a clean and safe work environment; OSHA -10 or 30 is a plus.
