"Life is a process, improve the quality of the process and you improve the quality of life itself.” - Moshe Feldenkrais During this free one-hour lunch and learn, students with military connections will explore the following topics: What do you really want for your life? Visualizing the details.Anticipate the challenges. Using your strengths to address any barriersMake a commitment .-What is/was your first step? Joining the military? Enrolling at UNF?
