Our Company is seeking: An experienced and highly motivated Painter for our Condominium in Miami, FL. Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Requirements: High School diploma, or GED equivalency Minimum 3-5 years of experience Experience in a high-rise condominium a plus Must have knowledge of different paint finishes and knowledge of supplies related to different paint finishes Responsibilities: Paint all common areas and touch up as required; inspect areas that may need paint and advise manager Complete daily work orders as scheduled Properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to use Prepare various surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, burning, sanding, sandblasting or other means as necessary Repair surfaces to be painted including plastering and sheetrock finishing Mix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains and special protective coatings to achieve desired color, consistency, and drying properties Maintain proper inventory of paint products and keeps items orderly on paint cart.
