Job Summary We are a school in Miami Beach looking for a reliable & motivated maintenance worker. In this position, you will be responsible for driving a small box truck to make deliveries. You will also have a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional. Duties and Responsibilities: - Drive a small box truck to make food delivery to our other campus. - Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, etc. - Maintain grounds, including building upkeep, collecting trash, etc. - Perform necessary cleaning activities, such as dusting, mopping, trash removal, etc. - Report to facilities or maintenance manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress Requirements and Qualifications: - Reliable and punctual - Motivated and good attitude - Valid driver’s license - Good driving record with no traffic violations - Must have a clean record and pass a background check - Must be legal to work in the USA Related keywords: delivery driver, driver Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $13.00 per hour
