Description
We are looking to hire a rental arbitrage skilled cleaner cleaning properties, 2-4 days per week, depending on the need. Someone who is trustworthy, reliable and responsible with possibility for advancement.
Duties:
Complete cleaning of apartments which includes making beds, laundering bedding, towels, kitchen, bathrooms, windows, mirrors, floors and any other duties.
Organize and decorate as needed.
Retrieve supplies from the required location to bring to rental property.
Must be available for on-call cleaning between 11am-2pm when needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous hotel or commercial cleaning preferred (at least one year experience).
Requirements:
Must be Trustworthy please.
Must be on time to clean before check-in.
Must be reliable with a working car and valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Must be allowed to work in the U.S with proper documentation; we are not sponsoring visas at this time.
Must have a cell phone that receives reception.
Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Pay:
Interviews starting next week.
$20/hr. with room for growth.
Between 2-5 hrs./day, about 2-5 days/week, all dependent on scheduling and staffing needs.
