Winners of the Key Awards demonstrate to their communities, residents, and peers that their property has the physical qualities, marketing creativity and management caliber necessary to be named one of Northern Ohio's best! AWARDS - Overall Community Appeal Property of the Year - Platinum - Gold - Silver - 100% + Club Entries are grouped into property style, price and year. Properties that score the best are awarded Platinum. Properties that score above average in their categories are awarded Gold. The remaining properties that score well within each group are awarded Silver. Property of the Year is awarded to the the best percentage over all property types and rent ranges. Special recognition is given to the top 10 scoring properties. *Deadline to register is Wednesday, September 1st*
