Through a montage of intriguing, unforgettable characters, and light-hearted humor while traveling through the yesteryear of Baltimore and other parts of Maryland, this multi-faceted drama exposes the insidious nature of addiction, while simultaneously uncovering the shocking truth behind an elaborate and scandalous set-up. This life-changing, inspirational story also illustrates human resilience, transformation through forgiveness, the power of faith, and the supernatural ability through God to overcome. The novel will be the first of the United in Victory Book Series, a collection of books centered around the fictitious United in Victory Church, nicknamed the ‘United in Victory Tabernacle on the Hill Freewill, Baptist, Catholic and Episcopal Church of God in Christ,’ because of the church’s diverse make-up. “Serenity House: From Addiction to Deliverance” consists of Parts 1 and 2, which the author is billing as “2 books for the price of 1.” The novel’s cost is $29.95 and will also be sold on Amazon.
