I am a 21 year old bassist/vocalist wanting to start a punk/emo/sometimes ska band. I have been playing bass since I was 15 but over the past year have been going to weekly lessons to get better at it. I spend a lot of my time writing original music, mostly lyrics but I have been getting better at writing music too. I like blending the lyrical styles of Alkaline Trio and Light Years with the fast pace of Bad Cop/Bad Cop and Not Dead Yet, but I'm down to find a style that keeps the band having fun. Looking for all other instruments, preferably in early 20's.
