Seaside Beach Yoga - All Levels Welcome! PLEASE READ FULLY BEFORE SIGNING UP: 🏝 Beach yoga encourages grounding into your body, helps you find calmness in your mind, and connects you with your soul in beautiful nature. All levels welcome! 🌞 Join us with your practice every Tuesday and Thursday on Mission Beach @ 9 am for one hour. Class cost is $20 per person and can be made on the ticket link in this event, or you can pay before class when you arrive with cash or PayPal. https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/kyliekildow 🏖 Please email me [email protected] ahead of time if you're paying cash or PayPal so I know that you are coming, thank you! I will be sending you a waiver in your email that will need to be filled out before class. Ticket sales end 12 hours before event starts so if you have not signed up prior or have not told me that you are coming by then, you will have to try for another day. 🌊 Make sure to bring water, an outdoor yoga mat or large beach towel, and make sure to park in the parking lot that is the address in this event. Make sure to check the weather beforehand to dress accordingly. Set up your mat wherever you would like for your best ultimate zen experience! If you need an outdoor yoga mat or large beach towel, email me ahead of time so that I can bring you one if I have extra. ✨When you arrive at the parking lot, go towards the beach close to the ocean front walkway, look out to the beautiful ocean, and meet at lifeguard tower 13. We will be slightly off to the left where we will be doing the yoga. Restrooms are located to the right of the parking lot.
