Woodfired Pizza (@weltonsfinefoods) & big brass band energy (@brasskill) are coming to Bartlett House to celebrate our 5 Year Anniversary! Come spend an evening on our lawn with some very special guests coming all the way from Charleston, South Carolina- Hannah and Zach of Welton's Fine Foods. From Husk to Hartwood, this dynamite couple has so much passion for fine foods- they will have their own wood oven in tow, along with some sweet treats to share! Our musical guest, Brasskill will also be pouring some BIG energy with their 9 piece brass band into our 5 Year Celebration! Brasskill was co-founded in early 2018 by brass band veterans Francesca Hoffman (formerly of Brooklyn’s Funkrust Brass Band and Rude Mechanical Orchestra) and Emily Herder (formerly of Somerville, Mass.’s Second Line Social Aid & Pleasure Society Brass Band) and has evolved over time to include one of our own Maker teammates, Dylan! To boot, our friends at Saisonner hooked us up with a curated beer selection from Westkill, Suarez, and more to pair your pizza to perfection. Our team will be mixing up some fun sparkling drinks from the BH Herb Garden and serving Alima Cuisine's Fresh Drinks! Let's get loud, eat some pizza and celebrate! Bring a Picnic Blanket! Bartlett House is a destination bakery, kitchen and cafe working with local farms to create dishes that fully embrace the bounty we are surrounded by. Bartlett House stands alone on an acre of land on iconic Route 66. Once surrounded by a cluster of buildings, it was a flourishing hotel from 1870 to the mid-1900s, serving as the social center of the then industrial town of Ghent, New York. A national historic site, Bartlett House has remained quiet for decades--until now. Its communal spirit has been revived through high-quality food and high-quality company. A hub of creativity and companionship, the building now hosts a collaboration of masterminds--chefs, bakers, farmers--all dedicated to creating extraordinary dining experiences with the best of what the Hudson Valley has to offer.
