StrokeCareNow Netwoke Annual Stroke Conference The StrokeCareNow Network, LLC. (SCNN), founded in 2008 and the first of its kind in Indiana, is a clinical collaboration between Lutheran Hospital and Fort Wayne Neurological Center. The SCNN provides state of the art comprehensive stroke telemedicine services for acute stroke to the surrounding region, including 10 member hospitals. The StrokeCareNow Network is excited to present its annual Stroke Conference to be held on September 22, 2021 at Sweetwater Sound, catered by Shigs In Pit.
