Job Description We are seeking a Cleaning Specialist to join our team! We are a growing local property management and construction company in need of a superb cleaning specialist! Responsibilities: Clean vacant apartment units between tenants Perform regular construction clean up at residential remodel sites Execute heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs Complete routine maintenance tasks Organize custodial closets and spaces Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Exercise excellent communication skills ​Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills We are experiencing a growth spurt and would love to expand our team with you. Opportunities for growth are available. Pay DOE $15.00 - $18.00 an hour *Bonus and pay increases based on performance* Part Time/On Call to start. Alternating schedule depending on need. Must have own transportation to job sites in Spokane County and a clean driving record.
