Position Title: Seafood Processor Date: 05/27/2021 Position to start immediately with employment through the end of September Flight and housing provided Reports To (Title): Processing Supervisor Position Location: Sitka, AK Salary Range: DOE Position Purpose: To process and package quality seafood Major Duties and Responsibilities Processing Fish: includes all duties below Grading Sliming Sorting Filleting Loading Fish Boxing Fish Cleaning Processing area and equipment Requirements Punctual and responsible Able to stand for long periods of time Able to work 7 days a week and an up to 16 hours each day Regularly lift and move heavy loads up to 50lbs
