Rehoming black short haired designer dog

Lexie is a sweet female short haired dog around one year old. She is very loving and friendly with other dogs and strangers. Very good with children. She is up to date on shots, bordatello and dog flew shots. My girlfriend is allergic to dogs so I need to find her a good home, preferably with children. Free to the right home. I will include her toys, food and pet carrier. I have her dna survey results if interested. She is part lab, German Shepard, terrier plus others. Mid size dog around 32#. It breaks my heart to give her up but my girlfriend can’t spend much time with her or my house.
