All the fun happens on 51st & Calumet! Join us for The #PeaceBook Back2 School Annual Block Party on Saturday, August 28 from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM on the 5000 block of S. Calumet Avenue in Bronzeville. Presented by Build Bronzeville (Urban Juncture) and Good Kids Mad City, we are excited to bring back this annual family-friend event. The Block Party is free for all to attend and includes kids activities like jump rope, life-sized games, a dance competition, a live DJ, 360 photo booth, and lots more fun! Plus, Exquisite 501 Catering will be cooking up free eats for all to enjoy. Good Kids Mad City, a local youth-led organization that is dedicated to social justice and community peacekeeping will be on hand to create a fun and safe opportunity for local families to come together and celebrate back to school.
