Scenic Stairs Walkout is designed to build a daily morning ritual for our mind, body, and soul to help us get moving, flowing, and glowing. We'll meet at Cafe Trieste, walk a few stairs with stunning views, finishing at Glow for optional core work and chronic tension release. Stopping to take in the views, or snap a photo is highly encouraged! Format: 25-30 minute power stairs walk + 20-minute optional core work and tension release sequence with a foam roller inside Glow. Bring 2-3lb weights if you like. About the Teacher: Tankut is a Glow yogi, an athlete in recovery, licensed massage therapist, father, husband, and the founder of Tantara SF. He is offering this class with the intention to get back into a morning workout routine. 'Stunning views, fresh air workout, mindful stretches - what a great way to seize the day.
