COVID-19 vaccine clinic for anyone 12 years old and older. In partnership with IDPH Community Partner Vaccination Efforts & IEMA SEOC for Mass Vaccination Planning, we are hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic. If you or someone you know has not received the vaccine this is an opportunity right here in Des Plaines. The clinic will be administering the Pfizer vaccine which requires two doses. Please be advised that if you receive the first one, you must be present for the second dose. The September clinic date will only be available for those who received the first dose.
