The All Access Art Show is celebrating our First Official DAY in the city of Houston! Come out and join us for a weekend of amazing events! All Access Art Show Weekend 2021 is a COVID-19 cautionary event which provides a platform for creatives to showcase and sell their work in a safe and uplifting environment. The organization received our own official day in the city of Houston and we are celebrating all the hard work and dedication it took to get us this far! This event will take place at Finn Hall located in Downtown Houston, Tx. Finn Hall Downton, Tx (712 Main St, Houston, TX 77002) Since 2016, The All Access Art Show’s goal has been to connect art lovers city-wide with local emerging talent. Our team promotes one of Houston’s leading art events that shines light on over 25+ local creatives. Artist are encouraged to showcase and sell their products in a creative community based environment for all to experience. We aim to create events where you can be yourself, have fun, and be open to new experiences. Our reputation for showing high quality work has attracted numerous galleries, attendees and collectors; offering visitors the most cultural experience in the Houston art community. This will be our very first kids/youth art community event and we are excited to add this to our roster of events! We are calling out to all aspiring artists from the ages of 4-17 to participate and showcase their artwork! There is NO COSTS to participate but ask that each artists follow the submission process. In order to submit your work, you must meet the following requirements: - be between the ages of 4 - 17 years old - all FINAL work on paper must be matted or framed (NO Exceptions) - Send an image of the artwork cropped and unframed, if applicable. Include a brief description of the artwork. (Title, size and medium) **Send an additional image of the artist holding artwork ** Email us this information at [email protected] by 9/3/21 to be entered into the event. (Please have photos of your child's artwork ready to submit) If your child is between those ages and not interested in showcasing, there are plenty of things for you and yours to do! Activities will include face painting, children's book read, arts and crafts area, free food and drinks, music and fun characters, photo booth, etc. RSVP is required to attend. The All Access team is following guidance from local health departments and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding large gatherings, including CDC recommendations on preventing the spread of COVID-19. If you do choose to attend the All Access Youth Art Show 2021 event please keep in mind the CDC recommendations on how to keep yourself and others healthy: All vendors are highly recommend to wear a mask while inside the venue. (if not vaccinated).All guest are highly recommend to wear a mask while inside the venue. (if not vaccinated).Both vendors and guest are asked to keep 6ft apart for effective social distancing, to the best of their ability. Take advantage of the numerous hand sanitation stations that will be provided throughout the venue.Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available.” If your child would like to showcase at this event, please note the following: Information/Questions about becoming vendor can be emailed to [email protected] (8x4ft) Wall Space Any accommodations that need to be made should be requested with event coordinators prior to the show. *- Early drop off dates & locations will be emailed to the parents of the young creatives closer to the date of the event. * - Setup starts as early as 10am September 18th 2021. * - Setup ends at 12pm (No exceptions) Information/Questions about becoming a Local Vendor or Corporate Sponsor can be emailed to [email protected] If your child chooses to become a vendor at the All Access Youth Art Show 2021 event, please keep in mind the CDC recommendations on how to keep yourself and others healthy: * All vendors are highly to wear a mask while inside the venue.
