Conflict is normal and part of our common human experience. Managing conflict in the workplace is critical for healthy company culture. Why can’t we all just get along? I will tell you why, we are all humans with different points of view, worldviews, and life experiencing coming together to achieve common goals. Conflict is normal as it is part of the human condition. During this lunch and learn we will discuss strategies to manage conflict and minimize it’s the impact in the workplace.
