Faith: Inspiring current and potential stakeholders and partners to join us in transforming the City of Dallas by putting our faith into action The Rookie Award: This award is given to a new face that has joined Habitat in the past year and has shown 100% commitment, going above and beyond the “1 day a month” ask of a volunteer. The Sponsor Coordinator Award: This goes to a sponsoring organization or coordinator that goes above and beyond to make sure the volunteers are organized and equipped to build. Bridge Builder Award: Demonstrating and leading the moral compass that guides each individual and holding each other accountable to ensure the integrity of the organization, our sponsors, donors, volunteers and our families. Spirit of Habitat Award: This award exemplifies the spirit of Habitat for Humanity. This volunteer person shares the mission of Habitat beyond the build site in addition to making a significant impact in our ability to fulfill that mission, whether on the work site or in another setting. Construction Site Volunteer of the Year: This peer recognition award is given to a construction core volunteer who has gone above and beyond to invest his/her skill, time and leadership to advance our volunteer construction activities. The award is nominated and voted on solely by the Dallas Habitat core volunteer community. Wall Shop Volunteer of the Year: The work of our dedicated wall shop volunteers is a vital component to the success of Habitat’s mission of providing quality housing for our homeowner. Mary Brock Award: The work of our dedicated wall shop volunteers is a vital component to the success of Habitat’s mission of providing quality housing for our homeowner.
