Clean by Sierra Starting Wage: $13 an hour. Potential to make up to $20 an hour if you stay with the business as we grow, put in the work, and perform well. I recently partnered with a huge company that has brought me much more work than I can handle myself. I’m looking to start with 2 cleaners and work my way up to 6. I accept jobs in both Omaha and Lincoln. You must have reliable transportation and a valid license. I am also potentially looking for someone who can manage the phones. Please understand that I am not a large corporation. I’m simply a woman with a small business that has unexpectedly grown quite rapidly and I’m willing to compensate people fairly who are willing to stick around because I value you. Duties of the job will include residential and commercial cleaning. Deep cleans, move out cleans, and recurring maintenance cleans. If you do not have the work ethic to be efficient and detail oriented please do not apply, because in this business, I cannot afford bad reviews from jobs that were not done with quality.
