Enjoy stories, rhymes, songs, concepts, and build early literacy skills with your curious toddler, as they develop independence. All storytimes at the Clayton Library employ the Every Child Ready to Read structure. ECRR is a research-based early literacy program that enlists caregivers as partners in preparing their children for learning to read. Storytime is more than just books, together we will Talk, Sing, Read, Write, and Play our way to early literacy confidence. Toddler Storytime is designed for children ages 18 months-36 months. We ask that you only register for this storytime if your child is in this age range. Enjoy stories, rhymes, songs, concepts, and build early literacy skills with your curious toddler, as they develop independence and social skills. In order to keep our attendees safe, registration is required and space is limited. Please register for each person attending, caregiver(s) and child(ren).
