This is one diabolical dinner party! We feed on your darkest fears with this vampire love story set to music. This is one diabolical dinner party!  We feed on your darkest fears as you feed on a multiple course feast that is meant to tempt the eye and tantalize the palate.   Enter our coven of vampires and be completely enveloped in their world. Join this coven of vampires.  They are dark.  They are dasterdly.  They are hungry for blood. Each year BITE gets darker, bloodier and scarier.  This year is no exception.  This event is not for the faint of heart the squeemish or easly frightened.  We warn you now, there will be blood. If you attended BITE in the past, and are not too afraid to return, a whole new dark and sinister tale will unfold before your eyes. This event includes: A SIGNATURE COCKTAILHAND PASSED APPETIZERSA MULTIPLE COURSE SINISTER DINNERA VAMPIRE LOVE STORYand A FULLY HOSTED BAR with BEER WINE AND COCKTAILSWe encourage you to dress in costume. The dress code is DARK and SINISTER. Whatever that means to you works for us. If our past years of BITE are any indication, we are sure you will be surrounded by some pretty unseemly characters. That's right!!! Some guests will dress in full-on demon mode and channel their inner darkness. Others just dress in dark clothing. It's all up to you Join us at the table if you dare. Per a Palm Springs mandate, all guests attending BITE must be able provide proof of vaccination or a recent negative COVID 19 test. This documentation will be verified at the gate prior to entry to the PS UNDERGROUND venue. Dining experiences you would never expect and will never expect.
