Description

Hello. I have a front gate that needs to be installed correctly so that it sits up high enough for the wheel on the far side of it so that the wheel rolls easily. I bought a new wheel. With the old one, the end of the gate was dragging (sand) on the ground and the wheel, the way it was situated was not...great. This time, I want the gate when finished to be such that I have ZERO issues with how it works. That means that it will be STRONG, STURDY and DURABLE. Look over my pictures included CLOSELY. If you need more, let me know. PLAN on using the same SINGLE post. You will just be adjusting the gate itself AND how it may be attached to the post. You MAY need to use a grinder or torch to remove parts. Your welcome to reuse parts that are on there now but, in order to make the gate as I said, 'strong, sturdy and durable' feel free to buy any hardware needed. To be reimbursed you have to GIVE me the receipts. I will pay for parts and labor A F T E R the job is done. NO MONIES will be given, FOR ANY REASON, prior to the job being DONE. Lastly, there is a remnant of a 3" metal post 'in the driveway' that I also want the top four inches removed from. It used to be the other end of the gate prior to the gate position being changed. It will be an easy grind or torch job as I will dig out around it when you arrive. Ideally I'd like this done by this weekend as I don't like the property not being able to be locked up when I go into town. If you absolutely can't make it this weekend, but can soon thereafter, still call me. As you would guess, the gate is heavy so you may need a helping hand. I will lend you that hand as necessary and not deduct for it (-: I will pay you in CASH.
