Have you had gastric bypass surgery? If yes has it caused high levels of oxalates in your urine which may have caused kidney stones? If your answer is yes this may be the clinical trial for you. This study is evaluating a drug called SYNB8802, designed to lower oxalate levels in the urine, which can be elevated after weight-loss surgery. This condition is called enteric hyperoxaluria (EH). Study visits can be conducted either at the study clinic or by a home health professional at another location, like your home.
