Icon Plaza Fall 2021 Early Move In ! We are so thrilled for you to move in! We have added opportunities for your to secure an earlier move in date prior to the lease start date of Wednesday, August 18, 2021. Our early move in dates are allotted for move ins to occur up to 4 days prior to the new lease start date of August 18, 2020. We will begin allowing up to only 60 residents per day to start moving in on the following days, in order to adhere to current social distancing ordinances. Saturday, August 14, 2021- *$150.00 Move In Fee Responsibility* Sunday, August 15, 2021- Office Closed Monday, August 16, 2021 -*$150.00 Move In Fee Responsibility* Tuesday, August 17, 2021 -*$100.00 Move In Fee Responsibility* Wednesday, August 18, 2021- Official Move In Date *No Move In Fee* Time slots will begin at 9:00 am - 4:00 pm in 30 minute intervals. 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm (staff lunch break) We will not be allowing more than the allotted signs up per day. Please secure a ticket for an appointment as soon as possible. Limited to ONLY ONE TICKET/appointment per resident/person. Failure to do so will cancel the ENTIRE reservation for ALL residents on the lease. Must show up on time (NO exceptions). Please do not show up early or late. Must show up on the day that you are scheduled. You will not receive keys or be allowed entry on a different day. Must have proper identification and proof of ticket confirmation. Only ONE ticket/appointment per resident (NOT per lease) allowed. Roommates must reserve a ticket separately. If a guarantor is reserving a ticket in place of the resident, the resident should not reserve a ticket of their own. If you do not show up, you will be forfeiting the day/time slot and the next available day/time slot will be assigned by us to you. We cannot guarantee the same day will be available. All appointment times are final. Any changes may be subject to fees. All paperwork must be completed before arrival. This includes setting up electricity with LADWP and renter's insurance. Policies must be effective for lease start date.
