Looking to rehome basset hound

Looking to rehome my male basset hound. He is just over a year old, and was recently fixed. He is a very energetic pup, with a high prey drive, so he would do best in a fenced in yard. He is potty trained (for the most part), but he needs to work on leash manners, and not counter surfing. He also would either need to be an only dog, or with other dogs of his size (40ish lbs.) The only reason I am looking to rehome him is due to the fact that he doesn't get a long well with my other, smaller dog and he is sometimes unaware of how big he is.
