Bay area contractor of 15 years seeking experienced electrician for long-term residential remodel and new construction jobs. JOB DUTIES - Diagnose electrical issues and perform necessary service/repairs - Put in panels, bend pipe, pull wire, set boxes - Ability to address customer concerns and onsite challenges in a friendly, professional manner. - Install electrical backup generators - Remodel, kitchen and bathroom - Residential with light commercial - Light commercial tenant improvement - Use of tablet/phone/laptop MUST HAVE SKILLS - Must have own hand and power tools - Experience wiring homes and completing service upgrades - Ability to read blueprints and perform layouts - Reliable and friendly demeanor, able to work on a time - Complete jobs in a timely manner -Willing to bring on an apprentice W/ 2yrs experience JOB DETAILS - Rate : $38 to $40 p/h determined by experience - Typical work week from 6:30 - 3:00 - This is a long term position - Mileage expenses covered. - Overtime available - Company medical and dental, 401k, paid vacations after probationary period References & background checks will be required
