Mammoth Distribution is the leading Cannabis manufacturing, distribution, and branding company in California. We are looking for Warehouse Packaging and Labeling associates to work collectively and cooperatively as part of a team to ensure production and distribution quotas are met. Successful candidates will have 1 year of warehouse experience or multiple years of experience in roles with repetitive tasks and high attention to detail. Potential team members are expected to be reliable, punctual, and able to perform repetitive physical tasks that are repetitive and lift up to 30lbs. JOB SUMMARY: - Work on the production line with consistent speed, high attention to detail, and accuracy - Ensure that production requirements and quality standards are met consistently - Maintain a clean and safe work area - Ability to perform delicate repetitive movements and tasks - Follow all written and verbal instructions - Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends. Employees will be compensated for overtime in accordance with local, state and federal regulations. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Manual dexterity - Able and patient to do repetitive tasks - Able to stand, kneel, bend over, and reach for 80% of the day - Ability to learn and use various machines and hand tools - Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
