Our company is looking for a skilled framing carpenter AND 1-2 skilled finish carpenters that are looking to grow with the company. Are you interested in an ever-evolving workload where no two days are the same? Our carpentry team is a tight knit group of 4 individuals that work on a variety of projects throughout the Bay Area. We build high-end custom residential homes and have the opportunity to do lots of different carpentry work such as custom installations, rough framing, finish framing, cabinet installations, base and trim, door and window packages, and much more. We want the next person on our team to want to grow and stay with us for the long haul. Our team cares about one another and wants to help take the company to the next level. There is a lot of room within the company for candidates to grow and learn. Qualifications: 3+ years of construction experience required Driver’s License Organizational skills Computer savvy Capable, hands-on person who enjoys pitching in to accomplish tasks Able to lift, bend, and climb stairs - this is a labor intensive position Acts and appears professional - You will be in our clients’ homes and working as an integral part of our team. We receive a lot of work via reputation and word of mouth, so your professionalism is of the utmost importance. Has a can-do attitude - There is no task too big or too small. From sweeping floors to installing trim, you should be happy to pitch in to get the job done. This is a full time job.
