Semi Stray Cat

I'm a medium sized, medium short haired, beautiful black Cat. 1-2 years old, with a cropped ear. I was abandoned sometime last October, probably because I wasn't a small kitten any more, but I found a house where some guy feeds me, and let's me sleep on carport. He has had an ad on Craiglist since Febuary, trying to find me a home, with no luck, so I'm trying my paw at writing one to see if I have better luck. He gave me a box with a rug in it to sleep in, when it was cold, but a Fox, Dog, and Racoon kept chasing me out of it, and pulling my bed out, so I switched to the carport, where I can jump off ledge when trouble comes, but concrete not real comfortable. But I was hoping someone would come get me, and take me home with them. I am still skittish and scared, but when the guy comes out and sits down, I will run and lay down next to him, and let him pet my head and back, but he has tried for a belly rub, And I'm not ready for that, and let him know with a swat, claws in, or a quick head turn. If someone would spend time with me, I'm positive I will be wanting those belly rubs all the time. But he really only feeds and waters me, and sits down once in a while, trying to get me ready for a forever home. He knows I want a home, to live indoors, as when he opens main door, there's a full length glass door, and I sit in front of it and stare inside. I even snuck in once, but he made me go back outside. I chase after things he throws for me, or chase a vine or string when he pulls it, so I'm playful. There are a few strays running around here, and I haven't been getting along with them, so I probably be better suited to be an only Pet, or at least a only Cat.
