We are Hiring! Looking for a an energetic, professional and experienced Residential Property Manager for our local office. We manage a number of residential and commercial units throughout Santa Cruz County. If you are someone positive, takes initiative, and can work full time M-F, apply now! Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of assigned properties • Process paperwork, screening applicants, references, conducting move -ins and move – outs • Collecting rents and security deposits • Enforcing lease and parking rules • Schedule maintenance • Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants • Follow company policies and procedures Qualifications / Skills: • Able to communicate across various audience levels • Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software • Well organized with excellent time management skills • Maintain a positive relationship with tenants, vendors, and staff • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Ability to manage emergency situations • Proficient in meeting strict deadlines • Professionalism Requirements: •Valid CA Driver’s License •Reliable Transportation •Authorized to work in the United States •Previous property management experience - min 1 year •Must pass a criminal background check •Bi-Lingual English / Spanish •Yardi Experience a plus •Experience in affordable housing a plus Benefits: • Paid Vacation and sick leave • Medical Office Hours Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm On call for emergencies may be required
