Painting The Way To The Moon is the story of Ed Belbruno's remarkable exploration of outer and inner space. His science and his art led to a new discovery in astrophysics and to new vistas of creativity which together describe a very magical journey in an unexpected universe. One of his trajectories was used in 1991 to rescue a Japanese lunar spacecraft (Hiten) and successfully get it to the moon. Ed found his way to Minnesota where he dived further into art while also teaching math. Now teaching and painting in Princeton and NY, Ed's story continues to inspire, entertain and infuse life with magical possibility.
