Summer's not over yet! Join us for a FREE 45-minute HIIT class lead by Volofit Apple Valley at Kelley Park. We're taking full advantage of the beautiful summer weather in Minnesota! Volofit is going outdoors on Saturday, August 21st for an energizing HIIT class free to the public. All you have to do is show up and our expert Coaches will be there to guide you through every step of the way. This class is modifiable for all fitness levels. Come one, come all!
