Our second story space is ideal for a graphic artist, writer, artists who specialize in smaller scale paintings, drawings, mixed media work or jewelry. We are currently accepting applications for this studio. All tenants in our private building have been vaccinated and we adhere the State's recommendations and guidelines regarding the virus. Our building is centrally located in Larkspur on the Greenbrae border with convenient access to both HW 101 and Richmond San Rafael Bridge. All tenants have a key to the building and a separate key to their private studio. Studio 28 is part of a Southern Marin artist complex consisting of sculptors, painters, printmakers, textile, glass, mixed media artists, photographers, digital artists and designers. Our building amenities include 20 private artist studios, a security system, 7 day access through 10pm, wi-fi, a kitchen on the first floor, a gallery lounge on the second floor, bathrooms and community sinks on both floors. There is ample on site and off street parking. Normal utilities are included in the rents. This space is not a live/work space nor is it suitable for musicians, welders, therapists, storage or any type of salon. Our artist's privacy and their ability to work in an uninterrupted setting is of importance so workshops or classes are not permitted in our building.
