Four Course Fusion Dinner + Craft Cocktail Pairing
✨ Join us Tuesday, September 14 at 6pm in the high room as Chef James Jolly of Vertigo Fusion Kitchen and Chris Holmes of Eagle Rock Distributors take guests on a trip around the world with a four course fusion dinner paired with a variety of craft cocktails featuring:
🇯🇵 Kase Shōchū , Shōchū is a distilled spirit that has been made in Japan for centuries. Kase is a farm-to-bottle, honkaku shōchū made with water drawn from the Kase river in a distillery that has been in the same family for 15 generations.
🇲🇽 Monte Azul, named after the unmistakable color of the blue agave fields in the Tequila Valley of Jalisco, Mexico. This tequila is made from 100% Agave Tequilana Azul Weber from the Tequila Valley. Agaves are individually harvested by hand upon reaching full maturity.
🇲🇽 La Gritona Reposado, a subtle and distinctive 100% blue agave tequila distilled by Melly Barajas at her small distillery (NOM 1533) in Valle de Guadalupe in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.
🇫🇷 AGAVIE, the world’s first and only spirit created from a distillation of Weber Blue Agave (Tequila) and Cognac. The name comes from the well known AGAve plant and VIE, which is “Life” in French. The marriage of Agave & Cognac produce a smoothness and a complex flavor. The harshness and edge that is common with most agave spirits does not exist at all in this fine distillation.
🍽 The cocktails will be paired with dishes to delight the palate - you don't want to miss this dinner party. 🎉
💲Cost is $60 per person, paid in full to reserve your seat.
💀 Seating is limited to 60 people.
