I am looking for a certified technician to replace a sub pump in my basement. The technician must be able to diagnosis other secondary damages to appliances (ac furnance and water heater) located in the basement. As for as payment, see information below on what the insurance company instructed me to do: 1. Find a contractor who is licensed and insured in your state. 2. Contractor must call AHS® at 800 251 1608 with a complete repair diagnosis and estimate before any work is done, so they can receive authorization. 3. Pay your invoice in full from your approved contractor, then complete this form and send it along with the approved contractor's invoice and any supporting documents.
