need a good mouser?

there is 2 cats, a black cat, then a siamese. living on the property that my family has rented for the past 3 years. we dont remember exactly when he showed up, but we do know he is still here. Mr Black, we rarely feed him. (just a couple times when the snows thick) and hes never come inside by our doing, but he craves human interactions. He leaves me dead mice, moles, bunnies and more all pver the yard. Often half eaten, but not always. Hes clearly very smart as hes avoided the coyotes so far and has fed himself sucessfully, he is not skinny (I will get a pic in the next 48 hours and change the ad hopefully) I am making this ad because the property i live on has sold to a developer and my family and I are being forced out with no where to go, otherwise i would just trap him and bring him with us. I dont think the change and cutting all the trees and ruining his home in the sticker bushes will do him any favors and he deserves more out of life than whats coming for him most likely the pound, and i think his wait time would be short. If you own a barn or someplace infested with mice or rats, Mr Black may be the eco friendly alternative you are looking for. The cons, hes not fixed and i would think out dated for his shots so, if you want a mouser, let ne know
