Anyone know how to contact Sahara K. Talley? I have her backpack. Surely the personal contents are valuable to her. I found her backpack a week ago on the grass at the Landings at a spot overlooking the water. I will require proof of ID for recovery of possessions to ensure the rightful owner claims the backpack and its contents.
