Overnight Fri, Sat, Sunday childcare needed 8yr old

I am looking for long-term childcare for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from 5:30/5:45pm to 7:30am. My kid is 8 years old, very imaginative, loves art, music, reading. She's a fun kid, creative and with a great sense of humor. Bedtime is around 9:30, so from then until morning you can watch TV, sleep, what ever you like til I get home in the morning. I need a responsible adult in the home while I am at work. We have a old friendly dog and an old grumpy cat (you'll probably rarely see her) in the apt. I work 6:30pm-7am every Friday through Sunday and we are hoping to find a babysitter with whom we can develop a long term weekend care relationship for the next few years. Please respond with your rates, experience, and any CPR/First aid certification if you have it.
